AimThe Study group for Agricultural Science deals with phenomena that are connected with the developments in rural society.That means that a broad range of subjects come to the fore, e.g. rural population change, cattle breeding, agricultural production, land use, environmental protection plans, international competition. During the recent years the Study group has sought to be a platform for discussion on rural change. Therefore it has organized conferences and discussion meetings about this subject, in which invited policy makers and interest groups participated.
