Griffeljury about ‘De Wonderverteller’
'…Breathing new life into famous stories. That is Lida Dijkstra's strength. In De wonderverteller (The Storyteller), she goes one step further by showing within the story how stories can be told. The jury is deeply impressed by the way in which the author brings history to life in a new form. De wonderverteller is compelling in its adventure and heartwarming in its characters.
