In the spring, the Fryske Akademy started a monthly newsletter as a digital addition to the members' magazine Ut de Smidte. Would you also like to stay informed about the latest news from the Fryske Akademy and the research projects of its employees?

You can register for free for our newsletter, which appears ten times a year. The newsletter is written in Frisian, with references to Dutch and English translations. It is always possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

The edition that came online today contains news about a symposium on (East) Frisian identity, research support from Japan, a vacancy for a Mercator project manager (PhD), a research report on new speakers of Frisian, news from the working groups, calls for help with research into the Frisian language, an overview of publications and events and much more!
