Marije Buma of the Master Frankeskoalle from Earnewâld can write the best Frisian of all primary school pupils in Fryslân. With 5 mistakes, she became the winner of the Lyts Frysk Diktee in the provincial government building in Leeuwarden. Second was Renze Stiemsma of De Griffel from Ljussens, with 7 errors. Third place was for Evie Dijsselhof of the St. Gregoriusskoalle from Blauhús. She had 11 errors.

A total of 50 pupils from 30 schools participated in the final of the Lyts Frysk Diktee. Children's book ambassador Tialda Hoogeveen wrote the dictation text and also read the dictation. As a writer, Tialda Hoogeveen is known for books such as Abe en de Aardichman, Maia en har freonen and Wurden fan Timo.

The organisation of the dictee is in the hands of Cedin, Afûk, Fryske Akademy and the province of Fryslân.
